You can easily organize all of your papers in one convenient location, including legal, medical and financial documents, home and car information, certificates, contact information, and a bundle of other documents your loved ones would need to settle your affairs or manage them in case of an emergency or occurrence of a life-changing event.

Following these 5 easy organizing tips will help you get your affairs in order:

1. Get Started. Before you start filling your All In Order™ Legacy Box, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the tabs inside. Some of the pre-identified tabs may not even apply to you (for example, you may not have any business interests); you can skip the tabs that don’t apply to your situation and concentrate on the tabs that do. TIP: If there are some tabs that do not apply to your situation, I suggest that you leave a note stating so in the Key Information Tracking Sheet that is included in the product so that your loved ones won’t have to wonder or worry whether that information is somewhere else and that you forgot to include it.

2. Make an Inventory. Make an inventory of your property (your house, cottage, investments, accounts, savings bonds and so on) and your debts (your mortgage or your loans, for example). If the inventory is comprehensive, up-to-date and dated, it will be easy to classify in the All In Order™ Legacy Box and will be of great help to those who have to handle or settle your affairs in case something happens to you.

3. Gather Your Documents. Now that you’ve made an inventory of your property and your debts, it’s time to gather the documents to support that inventory and place it in your All In Order™ Legacy Box. The most important thing is that your loved ones know what forms part of your inventory. TIP: gather the most recent statements of your investments, bank accounts, insurance, property, etc. and place the statement in the appropriate pre-identified tab in your All In Order™ Legacy Box.

4. Keep Your Information Up to Date. It’s a good idea to periodically review the content of your All In Order™ Legacy Box to be sure that everything is current and accurate. The easiest way to maintain the financial records placed in your All In Order™ Legacy Box up-to-date is to replace the old statements with the most recent ones on a monthly basis in an effort to keep it current.

5. Talk to Loved Ones. No matter how well organized you are, it is essential that your loved ones know where to find your All In Order™ Legacy Box in the event something happens to you. In particular, the attorney(s) named in your Powers of Attorney and the executor(s) named in your Will should be notified of its location and how to access it during time-sensitive matters. How COVID-19 Inspired The Launch of My New Project

I am excited to share with you this evening a new project I have been working hard on!

Before COVID-19, I had been working on this project for months. In fact, it had been a couple of years! There were several reasons for me not being more entrepreneurial about it and just getting it done, but quite simply… none of those reasons are valid anymore.

In the words of @sarablakely , “there is never the “right time”. There is only now. If you wait until you are ready you will be waiting and waiting… and waiting.”

There will always be something: an excuse, a delay, a setback… a worldwide pandemic! I hesitated long and hard before deciding to move forward with it during these unusual times… But I have decided to launch this new project – notwithstanding my apprehensions and an ever-evolving worldwide pandemic – in the hopes of it having a positive and meaningful impact on people’s lives. After all, there is no better time then NOW to get your affairs in order!
